Accessibility statement

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Wild Robyn Art wants everyone to be able to enjoy our website, including people with disability. We believe in an inclusive web, and we are working to make www.wildrobynart.com easy to use and understand.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the international standard published by the W3C. This supports our obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic).

What we do

  • Write descriptive alternative text for images, including our artwork and pattern designs, so people using screen readers can understand what is shown.

  • Use text and background colours with enough contrast to be readable.

  • Structure pages with clear headings and labelled forms.

  • Use meaningful link text rather than "click here".

  • Allow text to be enlarged in your browser without losing content.

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site.

Known limitations

We are always improving, and some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Artwork and pattern images. Detailed patterns and colour are hard to capture in words. Our descriptions give the main subjects, shapes and colours, and we are happy to describe any design in more detail on request.

  • Password-protected portfolio. Our portfolio is displayed through a flip book, and embedded or page-turning viewers can be harder to use with a keyboard or screen reader. On request, we will send the designs in an alternative format, such as a PDF with descriptions.

  • Third-party content. Some features, such as embedded social media feeds, videos and tools supplied by our website platform, are provided by other companies and are outside our direct control.

  • Older content. Some earlier pages, images and downloads may not meet the standard yet. We are updating them over time.
